Stands and stickers are a one-time purchase. Management renews automatically at your chosen term. You can cancel anytime; the 3-Month plan ends after its 3-month minimum. Cancelling the 3-Month plan before 3 months costs an early termination fee.
Take payments from your members: FavorTap adds 0.5% to each card payment, plus the processor’s own fee.

Common questions.
Do I need a subscription to use the stand or sticker?+
No. Every stand and sticker works on its own and includes a free dashboard so you can track taps. A management plan is optional — it adds active monitoring, review responses, and monthly reports handled by FavorTap.
Does it work with any phone?+
Most iPhones (2018 and newer — iPhone XS onward) read NFC tags automatically, no app needed. Most Android phones do too, as long as NFC is turned on (it's on by default on most phones). Older iPhones (7, 8, X) and some Android phones may need to open the Camera app instead. Every stand and sticker also has a QR code as a reliable fallback either way.
What happens if I get a negative review?+
On Product Only, you'll see it on Google and can respond yourself there. On a management plan, FavorTap actively monitors for new reviews — negative ones especially — and drafts or posts a response on your behalf.
Can you get bad reviews removed?+
We can't remove a review just because it's negative — only Google can, and only if it breaks their own rules. On a management plan, we monitor for reviews that violate Google's policies (fake, spam, posted by a competitor, harassment) and flag those for possible removal. It's not guaranteed — Google makes the final call — but it's part of the active monitoring we do for you.
Can I point my stand or sticker at a different link later?+
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard — no need to contact us or reorder. Useful if you switch review platforms or move locations.
Is there a contract or can I cancel?+
Your stand or sticker is a one-time purchase, yours to keep. Management plans renew automatically at your chosen term (monthly after a 3-month minimum, every 6 months, or annually). You can cancel yourself, online, any time, in your account on the website or in the FavorTap app. There's no phone call. We'll ask why you're leaving, which doesn't change anything. On the 3-Month plan, cancelling before the 3 months are up costs an early termination fee: the monthly payments left on the term after the month you've already paid for, plus sales tax. We show you the exact amount before you confirm, and once it's paid your plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for. After the first 3 months there's no fee. Otherwise your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.
How long does shipping take?+
Shipping is free to US addresses. Orders ship within 2–4 business days of payment. We email your tracking number when your order ships, and you can follow your order and copy the tracking number in your account. Products you order on the website arrive turned off. When they arrive, tap each product to your phone to switch it on. It takes a few seconds.
How do I turn on my stand or sticker?+
If you ordered on the website, your products arrive switched off. Tap each product to your phone to switch it on. Until then, anyone who taps one sees a page saying it isn't switched on yet. Can't switch one on? Email support@favortap.com and we'll do it for you. A stand or sticker a FavorTap rep gave you in person is already on.
Is sales tax included in the price?+
No. Prices are before sales tax, which is calculated from your address and added at checkout. You'll see the exact amount on the payment page before you pay, and on your receipt.
What if my stand or sticker arrives damaged or doesn't work?+
Email support@favortap.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll replace it free, with or without a plan — that 10-day window is for one that was faulty on arrival, and it applies to every order, including stands and stickers bought outright. If you bought in person, the 10 days count from the sale date. Don't mail the old one back — you never need to return one to get a replacement, so just recycle or toss it. On a management plan you also get a set number of free replacements every year for stands or stickers lost, damaged or stopped working at any point, not just in the first 10 days, for as long as your account is in good standing. You can also do it from your account: open the product, tap Report a problem, then It arrived faulty.
Can I order for multiple locations?+
Yes. When one order has more than one product, the second is 30% off and every one after that is 50% off. With a management plan the second is free. A management plan also gives you a rollup dashboard across all your stands, stickers and locations.
Can I get a custom-designed stand or sticker?+
The stand or sticker itself ships in the standard black or white design, which you pick at checkout — that part's not customizable yet. If you're on a plan, though, your FavorTap Page has its own logo and color theme, which you control from your dashboard.
What's the difference between the stand and the sticker?+
Same NFC + QR tap underneath — just a different format. The stand sits upright on its own small base, good for a counter or table. The sticker is flat and peels onto any surface directly, no stand needed. Pick whichever fits where you'll put it.
What's a FavorTap Page?+
If you're on a plan, tapping a Product can open a FavorTap Page instead of going straight to Google — a page on favortap.com with your business name, a short description, your address and phone number, a review button, and up to ten rows of your own choosing. The review button is the only row you need. You control what's on it from your dashboard or the FavorTap app.
What can I put on my FavorTap Page?+
Up to ten rows. A row can be a link, your Wi-Fi (visitors tap to see the password, copy it, or scan a code to join), a special offer with an optional code and end time, a Text us button, a Save our contact card, or your opening hours, which show “Open now” or “Closed” from your time zone. Links to sites like Instagram and Facebook get their icon automatically. In the FavorTap app, Overview shows how many times each row was tapped this month.
How do I set up my FavorTap Page?+
In the “Your page” tab of your account on favortap.com, or in the Hub tab of the FavorTap app — add your business details, pick a color theme, upload a logo, and add your own links. Changes show up the next time someone taps a Product.
What happens to my FavorTap Page if I cancel my plan?+
It's kept, but hidden — your Products point straight to your Google review link instead, the same as a product-only customer's do. If you start a plan again, your Page comes back automatically, exactly as you left it.
What does it cost to take payments through FavorTap?+
FavorTap adds 0.5% to each card payment, on top of the payment processor's own fee (about 2.9% + 30¢). There is no setup fee.
Who holds the money?+
Payments go through our payment partner and are paid out to your own bank account on its normal schedule. FavorTap does not hold your money.
What about sales tax?+
You are responsible for any sales tax on what you sell to your members. FavorTap does not calculate or collect tax on payments you take.
Can I show my products or menu on my FavorTap Page?+
Yes, on a management plan. The “Inventory” section of your page editor lets you add up to 50 products, menu items or services in sections, each with an optional picture, price and link. Add them yourself, or let FavorTap read your website, a menu or price-list file, a photo, a spreadsheet or pasted text. You check everything before it goes on your Page, and you can name the row anything you like, such as Menu or Shop.
Will the prices on my Page stay up to date?+
Prices are optional, and one setting turns them all off. If your products come from your website, “Refresh from my website” (or the optional daily sync) updates the prices you haven't changed yourself, and your Page says prices may change.
